20. Dedication
1. Dedication/Consideration: To preserve "the finality
of a deed and the integrity of title to real property," a grantor is limited to
the remedy of damages who claims that the consideration for the dedication of
her private property failed (that the county would build a road that would create
2900 feet of additional frontage). State ex
