34. Inverse Condemnation
 
    1. "Inverse condemnation proceedings are the constitutional equivalent to eminent domain actions and are governed by the same rules and principles that are applied to formal condemnation proceedings."  County of Clark v. Alper, 100 Nev. 382, 391, 685 P.2d 943 (1984) (#68)

    2. Inverse: "(T)his court has held that the same rules that govern direct condemnation actions apply in inverse condemnation actions as well." Argier v. Nevada Power Co., 114 Nev. 137, 140, n. 2, 952 P.2d 1390 (1998).
