36. Judgment
 
    1. Judgment/Execution: After condemnation judgment favorable to landowner, a writ of execution cannot be levied against the state in the absence of a statute granting such a right.  State v. Olsen, 75 Nev. 75, 334 P.2d 847 (1959) (#26)
