52. Occupancy
 
    1. "Section 267 (former) provides that at any stage of the proceedings the court may make an order placing the (condemnation) petitioner in possession of the property upon his giving a sufficient bond."  Byrnes v. Douglas, 23 Nev. 83, 86 (1895) (#16)
